Frequently asked questions
What does Property Enforcement of America do?
Property Enforcement of America provides private-property enforcement based on the rules and issues agreed with management. We do not provide security or emergency response services.
Are you on site 24/7?
No. Visits follow an agreed schedule for each property. Property Enforcement of America does not offer 24/7 monitoring.
Who sets the parking rules?
Property owners and managers set the rules, exceptions, grace periods and towing authorizations. We follow the agreed program.
Can residents and guests register vehicles?
Yes. Residents, tenants, employees and guests can be registered under the procedures you approve for your property.
Can a free parking lot still be enforced?
Yes. Free parking lots can be enforced using agreed restrictions such as authorized vehicles, zones or time limits.
Is towing the first response?
No. Towing is not the first response. Coordination only happens when it is separately authorized by the owner and lawful for that property.
Can you support multiple properties?
Yes. Multiple properties can share a coordinated portfolio program under one enforcement approach.
How does pricing work?
We use a flat monthly fee for each property based on size, patrol schedule and enforcement complexity.
